Boy our group of forwards are really young.
I don't think there is going to be any middle ground on the success of this season.
It's either going to go very well or horribly bad.

Festerling and Syvret placed on waiver by the ducks. If they both clear looks like we will have a very solid D core this year.

Syvret is really good. I've heard mixed reviews on Festerling.

Green is a Crunch killer from when he played on the Moose, i dont know much about the kid coming down. Ryan Carter would be a Ben Simon type player, but with more points. Thats if that was what you were asking, and, if he indeed is sent down. He cleared waivers in the summer.

Green is a vet with 300 plus games in the NHL. More of a 3rd or 4th line guy in the NHL but a definite top 6 forward in the AHL. Should help the young guys and put up some points.
Macenauer had an ok year in the ECHL last year. He apparently worked his tail off in the offseason and really impressed Carlyle. Thats why he made it to the final cuts from training camp.
Both these guys will probably be in the mix of emergency call ups.

A NHL vet can't be too much of a bad thing, I hope.

Really glad to hear Green was sent down lets just hope he clears waivers. The youth of the team needs a player like him and he will be another good canidate to be Captian. What I have heard and it is just through Ducks fans is that Macenauer is a great PK player and is very fast. Sort of like a Frischmon but with a much higher upside. Seems like a lot of Ducks fans were upset he was sent down. I for one can not wait til this weekend.
