Hello Folks

I know, it's not really appropriate to visit a forum and ask for something in the first post...I apologize already!

My name is Markus, I'm from Switzerland and been a Ducks fan since 1994. Started by buying a 2-day old USA today every day to get the latest scores (remember, it was before the internet), later got my information from video text and with the internet, it started to be very easy to follo "my" team. Fell in love with the Ducks because of Kariya/Selanne, but started to love the little things guys like Bylsma, Moen or Yake did for the team as well. cheered when I was able to see them live for 4 games in early 2006 in Anaheim, cried when they won the cup and enjoy the season opening in London a few years back.

I love the Ducks, and I spend a big bunch of my spare time (well, some work time as well) reading about them, watching replays of games or just interviews. I started to collect autographs of the team (only on hockey cards in ducks uniforms), but it's very hard to track them all down by mail...some teams don't forward mail, some players refuse to sign (I'm talking to you, Mr. Kariya)...so I thought I might find a person in here who could help me with some Crunch players. If there is somebody who's going to practices once in a while and could help me to get some cards signed, I would really (REALLY!) appreciate it Smile

Let me know...I don't mind sending some signed cards as a thank you, or some Swiss Chocolate Smile

Thanks for reading
Markus

PS: Sorry for the grammar and spelling mistakes...still trying to improve my english Smile

You can email the General Manager Vance and ask him to help you out. He's a really nice guy. Just explain your situation, I'm sure he can help you. His email is. vlederman@syracusecrunch.com

Tell you what, worst case scenario if Vance cannot help (wink wink) it's possible to get some autographs at the team's holiday party later in December.

I am not sure if player cards will be available by then but paper autographs are an easy fetch.

Let me know how you make out and if by the time the party comes around you don't have anything, maybe I can help you out.

Also, any one in particular? Or as many as possible?

-Mike
