Listening to player interviews on the ride home, Some of the players were happy with the effort. That makes me want to puke hearing that. Albany should have won that game hands down. I don't recall more than 10 tape to tape passes unless they were on the PP. I must have said "anoother turnover in the neutral zone" about 15 times.
And these young guys need to remember that they are playing against grown men not teenagers anymore.
(Deschamps crying to a linesman after being tangled up after a play, and Bordson getting completely punked on after crashing the net, specifically.) These guys need to stick up for themselves or they'll have zero respect in this league. I'm not saying they have to drop gloves but don't just get shoved around with no reaction.

I think the main downfall is confidence. I hope they get it back before the season is lost.

I hate the new show on 1260. the reception on that station sucks. and they have wayyy to many commercials. I used to be able to get home and listen to about the last 5 minutes of the show while sitting in the driveway and then be done. now I get home and they haven't even gotten to the player interviews yet...

Even though we lost, tonights game was pretty entertaining I thought, maybe most entertaining of the year. Close contest, a bunch of fights, nice scoring plays, decent crowd, and OT with a shootout was pretty fun for me!
